Tokyo Station, Ginza Station of Marunouchi Line
we don't recommend Using Tokyo station of Marunouchi Line in order to get Ginza from JR Tokyo station.

Nishi-Shinjuku station（Marunouchi Line）
Nishi-Shinjuku station has an escalator, too. but that is not a perfect barrier-free access. (there are short stairs at Exit-1). If you have a carriage and baggage,please use the elevator of Exit-2.
